BK series enclosed (reel) belt conveyors

The BK-type belt conveyor is designed for transporting grain and its processing products, oilseed-crop seeds and other dry (non-sticky) bulk material. The conveyors are installed on the process lines of grain-cleaning and drying complexes, elevators, oil-extraction plants and other facilities for the storage, processing and use of plant raw materials. The design of the BK belt conveyor is a fully enclosed type with an automatic belt-cleaning device.

Composition of the BK series:

Vulcanised rubberised drive drum, shaft material — 30KhGSA

 Linear reel-type sections with a removable cover (with an upper overlay preventing moisture ingress at the joint) and a removable bottom (lined with graphite-filled antistatic PE 500 lining, 10 mm thick)

Self-cleaning (spiral) tensioning drum, shaft material — 30KhGSA

Reel with two half-axles for fastening to the housing. Cone material — "steel 08", mechanically hardened (work-hardening). 

The cone is manufactured by rotary drawing (initial material 6 mm thick, 4.5 mm in the finished product) 

Loss-return device (a plough in the form of a V-shaped scraper, paddles on the tensioning drum, guides)

Feed hopper (flow former; lined with graphite-filled antistatic PE 500 / TPU lining, 10 mm thick)
