E series bucket elevators: reinforced vertical bucket elevators for industrial tasks

E series bucket elevators are high-capacity bucket elevators (including low-speed types) developed for the vertical transport of bulk materials under intensive loads.

Field of application

The E model range is versatile and is successfully used in various industries:
  • the agro-industrial sector (transport of grain and its processing products, seeds, animal feed);
  • the brewing industry;
  • the flour-milling and grain-processing industries;
  • the chemical industry and other fields where reliable lifting of bulk materials is required.

Key advantages

  • Reinforced design. Developed for extreme loads: increased metal thickness, additional stiffening ribs, reinforced mounting assemblies.

  • Versatility. A wide model range makes it possible to select a solution for specific production tasks — from small enterprises to large industrial complexes.

  • Drive reliability. Equipped with geared motors from proven manufacturers that guarantee stable operation and a long service life.

  • Material quality. All components are made of wear-resistant materials with anti-corrosion protection, which ensures durability in aggressive environments.

  • Safety. The design complies with industrial-safety requirements and includes protective guards and emergency-shutdown systems.

  • Ease of maintenance. Convenient access to key assemblies for regular maintenance and repair reduces downtime.

  • Space saving in the transport junction at the elevator.

Elevator configuration — E series bucket elevators

UPPER HEAD OF THE BUCKET ELEVATOR (fig. 1)

Made of galvanized steel. The upper cover of the head is lined with a 10 mm polymer plate, which increases the unit's service life and reduces product damage. An adjustable plate 1 between the bucket and the discharge point prevents the product from spilling back into the casing. An explosion-relief valve 2 is installed on the upper part of the head. Optionally, for high-capacity bucket elevators (above 350 tonnes per hour), the drum is vulcanised with a rubber tread 3

CASING OF THE BUCKET ELEVATOR (fig. 2)

Made of galvanized steel. Supplied disassembled, which saves space in the vehicle when delivering the equipment to the installation site

The elements are assembled quickly and without the use of special tools. During assembly, explosion-relief valves 2 and special inspection hatches with viewing windows 1 are installed on the casings

LOWER BOOT OF THE BUCKET ELEVATOR (fig. 3)

Made of galvanized steel. Equipped with a hollow drum 1 with a belt-tensioning mechanism 2 and a feed chute 3 lined with a 10 mm polymer plate. Slide gate valves 4 are installed on the sides at the bottom of the boot for convenient cleaning of the unit.

Optionally equipped with a drum with a rubber tread 5 (for high-capacity elevators), an additional feed chute 6 and viewing windows 7 (optional)
