KOBLiK GROUP took part in the key annual IT event of the Central Black Earth region — the Tsifrozemye forum, held in Voronezh on 25 September.
The Tsifrozemye 2025 forum served as a platform for joint work between government representatives, business and experts. Participants sought to identify the key directions for developing the digital sphere and to strengthen the link between developers of domestic solutions and their users.
The regional IT forum shows how digital technologies are changing agriculture in Russia. KOBLiK Group is working to adapt its business models and contributes to building a digital economy in agriculture.
Creating a unified digital infrastructure will allow farmers to manage their resources efficiently, increase productivity and reduce costs.
During the round-table session "IT personnel in agriculture: challenges and solutions", the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of KOBLiK GROUP, Sergey Barylyuk, addressed a problem important for any enterprise — attracting and retaining IT specialists.
What is truly valuable for a modern IT specialist?
Sergey Barylyuk highlighted four key aspects that KOBLiK GROUP is currently working on to attract and retain young IT specialists:
- a focus on results: a large-scale project underway at the company to simplify and optimise all processes will allow work to be built around specific tasks and results, minimising inefficient procedures;
- work-life balance: the use of remote or hybrid work formats for key KOBLiK GROUP employees, and the creation of comfortable rest conditions at the workplace (a project to build sports grounds and a squash court on the plant's territory);
- freedom of creativity and the absence of rigid constraints: giving IT specialists the opportunity to bring their ideas to life in the field of new technologies (neural networks, robotics, artificial intelligence and computer vision solutions) to modernise the company's production processes; a culture of continuous learning: creating favourable conditions for the ongoing development of employees and providing them with tools for self-education (participation in industry events and hackathons).
- At KOBLiK GROUP we strive to create an environment attractive to professionals, giving them the freedom to express their intellectual and creative talents. By understanding our employees' needs and supporting the harmony between work and personal life, we are building a team of true experts, - Sergey Barylyuk concluded his speech at the forum.
