At YugAgro 2024, KOBLiK will present a new primary grain-cleaning machine with the largest working area

At the YugAgro 2024 exhibition (19–22 November 2024) in Krasnodar, KOBLiK GROUP will present its new M-150 pre-cleaning and primary grain-cleaning machine.

It is designed for high-quality pre-cleaning and commercial cleaning of the grain heap, with high quality achieved thanks to a combination of the sieve section and the aspiration system.

Advantages of the M-150:

• two balanced sieve boxes that ensure low vibration, significantly increasing the machine's service life. The working width is 1,500 mm, more than any other Russian grain-cleaning machine;

• the sieves have a dual effective cleaning system: balls and a scraper conveyor. As a result, the grain is distributed evenly across the working width of the sieve boxes;

• the machine is effective when working with wet and heavily contaminated material, since the reciprocating motion of the sieve boxes significantly reduces sieve clogging;

• separate adjustment of the first and second aspiration air channels allows the airflow speed at the inlet and outlet to be set, eliminating mutual interference between the channels.

Farmers from the South will also see the latest single-axle TL 140 chaser bin. It was recently presented at the Agrosalon 2024 exhibition and has already become widely sought after. In addition to its single auger, which reduces unproductive grain losses, the machine is notable for its large low-pressure tyres (which cause less soil damage) and the option of installing a weighing system with a monitor and printer that controls the weight of the loaded grain online, recording the time and place of loading. In addition to the novelties, our stand will also feature models that have gained popularity among agricultural producers. For example, the IS 110 irrigation machine for growing crops on irrigated plots. Or the versatile TM 340 semi-trailer, which, after installing additional attachments, turns into an organic fertiliser spreader or a chaser bin.

KOBLiK will also exhibit the BR 1200 reel belt conveyor. Users note its long service life and ease of operation, safety and fault tolerance. The BR 1200 is used to transport bulk loads in horizontal, inclined and horizontal-inclined positions.
