Together with its Siberian dealers AgroMax LLC, Zernomash NSK LLC and the AgroAlliance trading company, KOBLiK GROUP took part in Siberia's largest autumn exhibition — Siberian Agricultural Week (stand B318). Samples of grain-cleaning equipment and trailed machinery popular among Siberian farmers were presented.
Among them were three flagship grain-cleaning models at once.
The high-capacity P-200 separator is designed for pre-cleaning and primary (commercial) cleaning of the grain heap of cereal, legume, groat, industrial and oilseed crops, as well as grass seeds, from impurities. It is widely used at oil mills, on small and medium farms and at elevators. It is distinguished by ease of maintenance (thanks to removable body panels, all its main units are easily accessible), and its nominal throughput for rough cleaning is at least 200 tonnes of product per hour.
The Z-025 primary grain-cleaning machine is also suitable for the primary cleaning of grain, legumes and oilseeds from weed and grain impurities. It has long proven itself among farmers. Its interesting feature is that it comes in two versions — with right and left grain loading — for a more flexible choice of process layout. With a weight of 2,340 kg, its sieve area is almost 12 sq m.
And finally, the high-capacity U-120 separator, needed for pre-cleaning, primary and secondary filtering of grain from debris. It is suitable for large elevators, seed and feed mills. Users note the complete absence of vibration (unusual for machines of this purpose) and a system of timely notification of faults.
According to Sergey Vozhov, territorial sales representative for elevator equipment, these machines are in extremely high demand today.
- They are versatile and suitable for any crop. They cope excellently with the temperature swings typical of these areas. They can work all year round, 24 hours a day. A must-have for any serious farmer, - he assures.
The trailed machinery segment is interesting too. The company exhibited two models of the KOBLiK feed grinder-mixer — the MH 120 and MH 120M. They differ in that the MH 120M has a milling cutter designed to load silage directly from the silage trench. It is removed in vertical layers without disturbing their integrity, which protects the feed from secondary fermentation and preserves its nutritional properties. The operating speed is more than 3 tonnes of silage in 5 minutes.
- The MH series machines are fully autonomous units. They only need a tractor with a power take-off shaft to operate. Their integral frame design provides strength and stability in operation, while additional extension sides increase the hopper capacity by 2 m³, - KOBLiK product manager Sergey Blagoy says of the machines.
The TS 218 tipping bucket semi-trailer is another model from KOBLiK. It is ideal for transporting and unloading agricultural and construction loads (up to 15 tonnes).
- In addition to transporting construction and agricultural loads, an additional auger option allows it to be used for transferring seeds and mineral fertilisers. It can also transport snow in winter, which makes the trailer useful throughout the year and allows farmers to recoup its cost quickly, - Sergey Blagoy clarifies.
As a reminder, the exhibition took place on 6–8 November 2024 in Novosibirsk. The forum's rich business programme allowed participants to get comprehensive information about what is happening in agriculture now and what the sector will look like in a few years.
